Details: Our class is a reflection of future! We do not have any paper works and writing, everything is online. We do not have to bring heavy books to the class. Our homework and classwork is done online. Basically our class is all about brainstorming and working online! why not do this in every class?
Technology needed: every student and teacher needs to be able to use computer.
Pros:
- Something new-entertaining
- no heavy books are needed.
- no binders, all the handouts are online.
- less handwriting, more typing (some students prefer to type)
- advantages of webtools
- group work could be done without physical meeting (google docs)
- we have to teach teachers how to use a blog and webtools
- Our class is responsible
- We need to teach teachers how to use a blog and show them how webtools could be used in their classes, so they can choose some of them for their classes and start applying them.
1) Is the idea realistic?
ReplyDeleteI think most of the people have access to webtools needed because for them we only need computer with an internet.
Some teachers can have information about the needed webtools but if they dont we can introduce the webtools to them
I think it would take us not so long like a week to plan implement and evaluate the idea.I think it is worthwhile, but we have not to introduce the idea to all the teachers. We have to introduce the idea to teachers whcih we can find reasonable to teach the subject online, so we can save time too.
2)Does the idea enreach learning
I think it is making easy for some classes to use technology. However in some classes it can be more meaningfull. For example in history classes it would be meaningfull to use technology, so students can easily see picture and videos and can evaluate and make timelines online and
Yes students will learn how to use webtools which they may need in other spheres
I think students wold be more engaged in idea because it would be easier and more intersting to work online
I think students would be more likely to learn and understand the subject because they can learn anywhere where they have access to internet, they would be more ingaged and can learn even if they couldnt go to school
1) This idea is more or less realistic. However, the description is too vague. There has to be more detail involved.
